As a follow-up to the first digital freight test at the Latvia border, Estonia hosted the Baltic Corridor Pilot: Estonia–Latvia Workshop on 9 October 2025, within the framework of the eFTI4EU project.
The workshop focused on legislative updates, national developments and next steps related to eFTI implementation in the Baltic Corridor. The agenda included contributions on EU-level developments, Latvia’s progress on eFTI and e-CMR, the presentation of study results, and a dedicated demonstration session followed by discussion and wrap-up.
The event was primarily addressed to eFTI implementors from Latvian ministries and other public authorities, supporting continued coordination and knowledge sharing following the initial pilot and testing activities.
